Refund Policy
- During 7-day free trial: Cancel anytime with no charges.
- Within 7 days after payment: Full refund available if service was used less than 3 times.
- After 7 days from payment: Pro-rated refunds are not available. Service remains active until the next billing date.
- Subscription cancellation: Cancel anytime. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund processing takes 7-10 business days.
Usage Limits
- Credit limit: Each plan has a set monthly credit limit. Exceeding it restricts access until the next billing date.
- Simultaneous access: Up to 2 devices per account can be logged in at once.
- Account sharing prohibited: Sharing your account with others may result in service restrictions.
- Commercial use: Basic plan is for sole proprietors only. Corporate use requires Pro plan or above.
- File retention: Uploaded files are automatically deleted 24 hours after processing.
- Service suspension: Malicious use or excessive server load may result in service restriction without prior notice.
Billing & Renewal
- All plans are billed automatically on a monthly basis.
- Email notification is sent 3 days before billing date.
- Failed payments are retried up to 3 times. Service is temporarily suspended if all retries fail.
- Payment method can be changed anytime from My Page.
